About Our Workshops 

Whether you are new to gardening or you are a seasoned gardener, we have much to share! We offer public and private workshops and presentations. Join us in our home studio, or contact us and we’ll bring the experience to you.

Sessions are 2 hours long. The first hour is dedicated to teaching fundamentals, tips, tricks and tools. In the second half, you are given range to express yourself creatively and to enjoy the process of creating. You are encouraged to be present in the moment as you select your materials and make what is in your heart. You will love your finished product!

Our workshops can be tailored to accommodate individuals and groups, based on physical or cultural needs and interests.

All materials are provided in studio or at your location (within 80-mile radius). We love parties and team building events!

Nature Walks

Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing was developed in Japan during the 1980s. It simply means immersing oneself in the forest atmosphere.

Due to its effectiveness, this practice has gained popularity worldwide. Doctors in Scotland are now authorized to prescribe nature for their patients with chronic illnesses.

The motivation is simply to be in nature and connecting with it through our senses. Through contemplative walking and deep breathing, we can harness the healing powers of the forest. 

This form of therapy fosters mindfulness and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
